# Set quote products

POST https://www.okx.com/api/v5/rfq/maker-instrument-settings

Configure the products (instrument families and instruments) that the market maker is willing to receive RFQs and provide quotes for.

## Authentication

- `OK-ACCESS-KEY` header (required) — Your API key.
- `OK-ACCESS-SIGN` header (required) — Base64-encoded HMAC-SHA256 signature of the prehash string.
- `OK-ACCESS-TIMESTAMP` header (required) — ISO 8601 UTC timestamp, e.g. 2020-12-08T09:08:57.715Z.
- `OK-ACCESS-PASSPHRASE` header (required) — The passphrase you set when creating the API key.

## Request

### Body (application/json)

This endpoint expects an object.

- `instType` (enum, required) — Instrument type.
  - Allowed values: `SWAP`, `FUTURES`, `OPTION`, `SPOT`
- `data` (list of ApiV5RfqMakerInstrumentSettingsPostRequestBodyContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItems, required) — Instrument settings for this instrument type.
- `includeAll` (boolean, optional) — Whether to include all instruments of this instType. Defaults to false.

Successful response

- `code` (string, optional) — Result code. `0` means success; any other value is an error code.
- `msg` (string, optional) — Error message. Empty on success.
- `data` (list of ApiV5RfqMakerInstrumentSettingsPostResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItems, optional)

## Types

### ApiV5RfqMakerInstrumentSettingsPostRequestBodyContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItems

- `uly` (string, optional) — Underlying. Required for FUTURES, SWAP and OPTION.
- `instId` (string, optional) — Instrument ID. Required for SPOT.
- `maxBlockSz` (string, optional) — Maximum block size the maker is willing to quote.
- `makerPxBand` (string, optional) — Maker price band in ticks; quotes outside this band around the mark price are rejected.

- `result` (boolean, optional) — Result of the setting. true means the update succeeded.
